Posters by Armin Hoffman and Wolfgang Weingart comprise the majority of this collection. Hoffman, the author of the seminal textbook Graphic Design Manual (1965), was a dedicated educator at the prestigious design school Allgemeine Gewerbeschule Basel School of Art and Crafts, where he was an instructor of Professor Leah Hoffmitz Milken and HMCT Creative Director, Professor Simon Johnston. Weingart is credited as the father of New Wave/Swiss Punk typography.
